Vendor Event Responsibilities *

Affiliates are responsible to pick up inventory from Flabby Daddy Dips and store products in a clean, dry, and temperature-appropriate space until the event

Affiliates are responsible to keep accurate records of all inventory received using the provided Inventory Product Form

Affiliates are responsible to set up and manage their own booth/table at vendor events, including display and sales transactions

Affiliates are responsible to sell products at the agreed-upon retail pricing

Affiliates are responsible to track all products sold during the event on the Inventory Product Form

Affiliates are responsible to return completed Inventory Product Form to Flabby Daddy Dip's within 3-5 days after the event.

Affiliates are responsible to return any unsold inventory in good condition, unless otherwise agreed upon, within 3-5 days after the event

Affiliates are responsible to handle all event-related costs (booth fees, other fees, supplies, etc.)

Affiliates are responsible to conduct themselves professionally and represent the brand in a positive way at all times

Social Media Promotion *

Affiliates may be given a unique referral link or discount code to share

Any online promotion must clearly represent Flabby Daddy Brands honestly and must not include false claims

Affiliates agree to follow FTC guidelines for endorsements and disclose affiliate relationships when promoting online

Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, Facebook)

Event Compensation & Benefits *

Affiliates will earn a percentage of total sales (ex: 10%–30%), based on sales level

Higher sales levels = higher commission rate

Paid after reconciliation of the Inventory Product Form and Sales money turned in

Affiliates will receive revenue through commissions on online orders placed using their referral link or code (coming soon)

Commission structure, wholesale pricing, and any incentives will be provided separately and are subject to change with notice

Brand Affiliates are considered independent contractors and not employees of Flabby Daddy Dips

Brand Representation *

Affiliates may use approved product photos, logos, and marketing materials provided by Flabby Daddy Dips

Affiliates may not alter, recreate, or misrepresent Flabby Daddy Dips, packaging, or product labels

Affiliates agree not to engage in behavior that could harm the reputation of Flabby Daddy Dips

Term & Termination *

Participation in the Program begins upon approval and continues until terminated by either party

Flabby Daddy Dips reserves the right to revoke Affiliate status at any time for violation of these terms, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct

Affiliates may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice and as long as all products, equipment or any borrowed supplies are returned to Flabby Daddy Dips

Liability *

Affiliates are responsible for their own event setup, booth fees, payment fees, and compliance with event policies

Flabby Daddy Dips is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur at events or through the Affiliate’s independent business activities

Affiliates are strongly encouraged to maintain their own Business Liability Insurance
