Hawaiian Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients 

1/2 cup tablespoons butter

1/2 cup white sugar

4 eggs

2 tablespoons Flabby Daddy Royal Hawaiian mix

2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

5 slices white bread, torn into small pieces (French or Italian works best)

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice (do not use the syrup type)

Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a medium-sized casserole dish. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in Royal Hawaiian mix, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add bread and crushed pineapple into the mixture. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
